Description
This is a fav from gen 4 - Neorantu. This one's female (notive the longer tentacles) and she's being followed by her three baby Keikouo. =3 And yes, one of them is shiny - he's following close to mommy so that he isn't picked off by predators. 
Anyway, this was done in marker - you can be sure i need work in this area. -.-; The inspiration came from drawing and seeing Fuwante as someone's avatar. XD It took an hour to complete.
