Some Overdue News

Hey everyone! 

So. I haven't updated this journal thing in more than a year...I'm sorry.

In the past year I've earned my Master's degree in Marine Conservation and Policy...almost. I have to complete an internship in order to finish, and that's just what I'm doing right now. The cool thing that makes it relevant to mention here is that it's an internship doing scientific illustration. I will be drawing fish and larval fish for the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, or NOAA, which I will call it from now on. I'm so very excited, except it means that I will not be home all summer. I'm living with my grandmother in Florida for this opportunity, which means that I will be drawing but will most likely not be able to upload any of it here. However! I will be taking pictures of my art and posting them to my Facebook page. So, if you're not already following/liking me on there, I suggest you do. The stuff I'm doing at NOAA may get published, I've been told by my supervisors and the work has significance to researchers doing early life history work on fish. 

So, that all explains why you won't see much from me. Legendary is on a forced hiatus until my boyfriend comes down and I can use some wifi at the hotel he'll be getting for the weekend...but that's not until July. When I can, I will upload the five new pages of Legendary, for those who are following. Sorry...I was really hoping to be working on the comic all summer, but opportunity came knocking!
