Part of the Naruto Characters as Pokemon series. This is Sasuke as a Luxray.

Contest Reasons: and I knew Sasuke was often portrayed as a cat in fanart and so we had to find the most emo cat in Pokemon. I bring you Luxray. Also, Luxray is blue and Electric type...which reminds me of Chiidori. =\ /thought of that now lol?
